Festivals and outdoor events
From the chef who helped fill Mill Street and Broadway.
CaribFest, Taste of Orangeville, the Blues and Jazz Festival, summers at a farm brewery: outdoor crowds are home ground. The drum grill, the wraps, the patties - food built to be eaten standing up, with music on.
For a festival or a large outdoor event, start on the desk with the date, the crowd size and the town. For crowds above 100, the desk flags the request for a planning call.
