The Legend
The Reggae Wrap
Created on Mill Street. Shown on national television. Still the one people ask for by name.
Paratha roti, stuffed with lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, cajun mayo and pineapple chutney, built around jerk chicken, jerk pork, sweet and smoky BBQ or veggie. That is the whole recipe on paper. The rest is the hand that makes it.
In 2013, Food Network Canada's You Gotta Eat Here! came to Mill Street for it. In July 2019, the summer after the restaurant closed, a one-day pop-up planned for 100 wraps and sold well over 300.
